The Beckoning of the Nephilim
- Winged One: The Final Book of the Trilogy -
Alleyhill is a lot of things without Ellicia in it. The thing it isn't, however, is safer. With Ellicia's memory wiped, she's been living the life she didn't know she wished for.
That sanctuary begins to die down when a bored witch hunt around her Chicago home leads to the discovery of a few journals belonging to her late father and a loaded camcorder of old home videos that include a much younger version of herself doing things that should only ever be impossible.
Deep within the fog in her mind lies lingering memories of a boy she's sure she has never met and other disconnected memories that cannot be hers.
All of this makes Ellicia think that she's, well, losing it. But rather than checking herself into a psych ward, she does the next logical thing—she heads back to Alleyhill.
